Sex Therapy & Intimacy Counseling

Sexuality is one of the most profound aspects of who we are, yet it can also be one of the most complex and vulnerable to explore. As an AASECT-certified sex therapist and Supervisor-in-Training, I provide a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space for individuals and couples of all orientations, identities, and backgrounds to navigate challenges and rediscover intimacy.

With a foundation in liberation psychology, my work is deeply trauma-informed and rooted in helping you honor your body, desires, and boundaries while creating space for personal and relational growth.

My Approach

Using a blend of evidence-based models and deeply compassionate care, I guide you through challenges toward clarity and fulfillment:

  • The 4-D Model: Exploring dimensions of desire, delight, development, and diversity to deepen your sexual understanding and connection.

  • Mindfulness Techniques: Cultivating presence and self-awareness to reduce anxiety and enhance pleasure.

  • Trauma-Informed Care: Supporting safety, self-compassion, and healing for those with histories of trauma or shame.

  • Liberation Psychology Lens: Empowering you to break free from oppressive narratives or limitations and embrace an authentic, liberated relationship with your sexuality.

For Those in Recovery (AA, SLAA, NA, etc.)

If you're part of a recovery community like AA, SLAA, or NA, you may feel tension between the concept of powerlessness and a desire to reclaim agency in your sexuality. In our work together, we can explore what it means to expand your understanding of powerlessness into empowered integration. I aim to honor the important work of recovery while helping you cultivate a non-suppressive lens that supports authentic alignment of body, mind, and spirit.
